SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY:
Each player starts out with 1000 exp. Each win or loss averages 35 exp (excluding random bonus and streak bonus).
Experience decay happens every 10 days of inactivity. Penalty is 5% of current exp points. I may change to 7 days when this gets used more heavily.
For startgame, the default timeout on game creation is 450 seconds. The timeout on confim is 90 seconds. Timer extends if players fill up to 10, then someone signs out again.
For challenge, the default timeout on 1st pick is 450 seconds or game abort. The timeout on 2nd pick is 120 seconds; the rest of the picks 90 seconds; highest rated player will automatically be selected as pick if timer runs out.
Mods can use -extend to refresh the current timer to its full value.
The main difference between startgame and challenge is that startgame will shuffle the teams according to experience whereas challenge will assign team captains to pick your teams. Startgame is a better method because it will balance teams according to experience, which is only good after ranks are somewhat established.
I need a list of honest/good hosts that I can give access to start games. I will only be making shamans mods for now, but this will change.
